To produce an informational website powered by a content management system that the team at Monmouthshire Province could manage for the most part, internally. The content management system needed to be built in a user friendly manner so the team at the Monmouthshire Provincial Office could learn quickly and publish news, information and documentation for their members as well as the wider community.
We liaised with the communications officer at Monmouth Provincial Office to assist him in planning and preparing the content, imagery and documentation. Orangedrop made several suggestions during the build such as the addition of location maps built on the Google Maps API where members could quickly see where and when different lodges meet in the Province.
It was imperative that the website meet the criteria set out by United Grand Lodge of England so it could receive their Charter Mark (as can be seen in the website footer).
We continue to support the Team at Monmouthshire Province with plans to expand the site functionality in 2023.
